The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a great area, adjacent to a supermarket as well as a shop. My king room with a balcony and generous breakfast plus wooden floors was beautifully decorated and fairly quiet. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware were nice. Truly enjoyed my fairly nice stay and would definitely book again.

Our stay at B&B S.Marco was exceptional. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main boat station and San Marco. The view of the cozy small canal from our window was delightful. The hosts, Alice and Marco, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were staying in a true Italian apartment. The breakfast was delicious and the CD player in our room added a lovely touch. I highly recommend this charming B&B.

This hotel is definitely worth the money! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main boat station and San Marco. I loved the attention to detail, with free espresso and a complete kitchen available for guests. The rooms with a view of the canal and balcony were a lovely bonus.
The only minor improvement could be more space in the rooms.

We spent Christmas in a charming accommodation with a lovely view of the canals. There were plenty of pamphlets and books left behind by other guests with recommendations for things to see and do in the city. The location was great and we were able to walk to all the tourist attractions with ease. The breakfast was basic, but had everything we needed to start the day.
The room was cold at night and the heater was not working to keep us warm. The room was also advertised with a balcony, but this was not provided.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and quiet, with a lovely view from the balcony. The location was perfect, close to main landmarks and restaurants, and there was a supermarket nearby. The bonus breakfast on our last day was a nice touch and the staff, especially Alice, was very kind and accommodating.
Breakfast choices could be more varied.
